Peter Freissle is the CEO of Polydeck, the leading provider of modular screening solutions for the aggregate, coal, and mining industries. With approximately 400 employees in the US, Chile and Peru, Peter is laser focused on creating a culture of “Caring” founded on their Christian core values of “humility, kindness, honesty, integrity, respect, and social responsibility.” Peter founded “ His Way at Work” (HWAW.com) a non-profit organization in 2008 with a mission to create eternal value in workplaces around the world by “Inspiring and empowering them to transform their cultures with God’s love” and helping them to understand the importance of being Stewards of the business and caring for people in a way that honors God thereby generating Eternal Return On Investment, “EROI.” HWAW has impacted over 200 companies in 9 countries. He and his wife Lauren work as a team and travel extensively to support various ministries. In addition to the many cherished affiliations within the national and international workplace ministry movement, Peter has served for many years on multiple ministry boards and is a proud father of four wonderful children.
