This class is for anyone who wishes to spend time in meditation and prayer while creating in watercolor and ink. Growing from the idea that anyone can be an artist, Anne will guide participants in prayer, reflection, choosing a reference, and the application of watercolor and ink techniques as they create their very own original artwork. Refreshments and all art supplies are provided! Aprons are recommended but not required! Anne Meyer, happy wife and mother of three adult children, is a local artist and art teacher who loves to spread art and faith everywhere. She will walk participants through meditation and painting in a joyful, relaxed atmosphere. Certified to teach in both Illinois and South Carolina, Mrs. Meyer is an active member of the National Art Education Association (NAEA) and the South Carolina Art Education Association (SCAEA), reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of art education practices and advocacy.
